Processing: Data types, purposes and legal bases
We can distinguish the processing of data in two categories:
Operation of the site – data collection is in an aggregated and anonymous form and the data collected that are necessary to make the website functionalities usable

to enable the conclusion of the purchase contract and the correct execution of the obligations arising from this contract (e.g. delivery);

The processing of such data is legally leggittimato based on the need to execute a contract and/ or requests for services/ products that the interested party is part of by providing free consent. For this purpose, Ecodelsole will process the user’s data for the time strictly necessary to carry out the individual processing activities in relation to the services requested and/or for the time required by the pre-contractual and/or contractual activities in place until the completion of such studies.
In this case the provision of data is optional, but necessary to allow the provision of services and/ or pre-contractual/ contractual part, failure to provide will make it impossible to conclude a contract for the purchase of services/products and/or receive a response to requests made on the Ecodelsole website
Gift Card (vouchers and/or digital gift cards)
In the event that the user provides to Ecodelsole data of third parties for the sending of a Gift Card (vouchers and/ or digital gift cards), Ecodelsole will send to the same third parties a link to the “privacy policy” in the first communication with the third party.
Minors of age
GaiaBio does not process personal data relating to minors. If you access Ecodelsole and use the services offered by

Ecodelsole does not record or store credit card information.
Processing and storage times
The data processing is carried out through computer and telematic tools and/ or manually (e.g. on paper), according to the procedures provided for by the Privacy Code for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected and in any case, in accordance with the legal provisions applicable. The processing is carried out directly by the organisation of the Data Controller, which adopts appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of users’ Personal Data. Internal subjects of the organization may be involved in accessing data, (such as: sales staff, marketing staff, administrative staff, legal, IT personnel, etc…) and external subjects (such as: postal carriers, transporters, internet service providers, IT companies, communication agencies, technical service providers, etc…).
These external entities may also be appointed, if necessary, Data Processors by the Controller.

In general, the Data Controller processes the Personal Data relating to the User if one of the following conditions is met:

Ecodelsole, based on the principle of limitation of conservation practice rules
that the time period for which information may be retained by the controller must be related to the specific purposes for which it was collected.
Rights of data subjects
The data subject, pursuant to current Regulation 679/2016 is entitled:
to have confirmation, in an intelligible and free of charge, of the existence or not of personal data concerning him at Ecodelsole;
to obtain the updating, rectification or, where relevant, integration of data;
to obtain the deletion (oblio), transformation into anonymous form of data
to obtain limitation of processing
